"Oh, okay." Adrian answered, thinking it didn't matter too much. "So, we almost there?" she asked Kyoko.

Kiki nodded, "Mhm...just 'round the corner here." she said pulling to a stop on the side of the street and getting out. "We'll walk there."

Adrian nodded, and stepped outside of the car. "Okay." she answered, tucking the hair behind her left ear, and looking around warily.

Kyoko tipped her hat towards some gruff lookin fellows. "Evenin' gents, any news?" One of the men, who was wearing a badly fitting red shirt that showed his portly belly grunted, "I see ye've returned, demon. May those who cross yer path be allowed a quick death." he then spat on the ground very rudely, made the sign against evil, and walked away. The other man turned a gastly pale color like bad cheese and stuttered an apology. She held up a hand to silence him, "Its quite all right George, I know Tom never will forgive me for that incident." She handed him two small pouches, "be sure to give one of those to him." she said patting his hand. She then turned around and started walking up the street. She looked over her shoulder, "and George? I'll know if you didn't." George looked like he was about to faint as he ran after Tom. Kyo tsked and looked at Adrian. "Sorry about that, lets go."

"Kay," Adrian said, and watched the men leave. "Well, that was rude of him." she said simply, not really wanting to know why the man called her a demon. Pushing the thought aside, she took a step to the right. "This way?" Adrian asked.

Kyo nodded, looking preoccupied. "Sorry you had to see that, we have a....misunderstanding between us." she shrugged and led the way around the corner.

Adrian followed cautiously, checking behind her back every few steps. "I wonder why I came all the way out here just to see a sign." she thought "With a complete stranger."

Walking past a shabby looking cafe she turned and walked into the alley. It was a little dark so she glanced back to make sure. In the darkness her eyes glinted slightly red, giving her an evil, menacing look.

((Sigh, my character and I are idiots... though I bet this'll be fun...))
Adrian followed Kyoko into the Alley. "This the place?" she asked, straining her eyes to see the back wall.

Kyoko fished through her bag and got out a flashlight and handed it to Adrian. "Here. I sometimes forget that other people arn't that used to dark alleys."
